Lots of bells and whistles with obscure icons and functionality to connect to social media and earn badges. Whatever that’s supposed to do for me. But I cannot, not for lack of trying, register a warranty on a new battery. The a screen with sensible questions like date of purchase opens, but the. Immediately shuts as a verification page pops up where you need to a verification pin sent to email. Even though you are already logged in. From there you have to register the warranty on a page designed for making a claim. The first page never to be seen again. In my case I was unable to provide the order and sku number required. Renogy had to do it manually. Even then the manually registered warranty does not appear in my app. So I have no actual proof of warranty at all. Hard fail

App will not allow more than 4 digital in the compulsory email account creation process. Renogy INSIST on having details, but don’t allow you to enter them. Rubbish app.

Useless app that constantly disconnects, half the functionality is not functional. Would not buy Renogy again due to this

Updated app now won’t work at all what’s going on hope you sort this out because it can lead to safety issues can’t monitor anything very poor

Please Renogy, make it open source so somebody can built an app that works. It was bad before but now with the latest update it won’t open at all. I need a working app. I have 2x 40amp rover controlers and 2x 200AH bt batteries. With the App not working it could be a very serious potential saftey issue.

Absolute rubbish. Have to log in to use but app just refuses to do anything but provide a picture of a tent in snow covered mountains. Have spent 3 frustrating hours reloading on different devices with same result. Why is it so difficult? All it needs is Bluetooth connection. Amps from the sun is not private why the log in?

Happy with my Renogy equipment, but please forget the ridiculous social media side of this app and just make it reliably tell me my battery state.

It would be a good feature to add support for apple watch and low battery alerts . I use this app as I have a caravan with a renogy charger .We mostly use the caravan off grid so a low battery alert would be useful.

So many things wrong here. The other app is a lettle better as in user mode you can change more parameters. BUT THE MOST BASIC PART OF THIS APP IS PERCENTAGE AND IT JUST ISNT EVEN CLOSE!!

App has mediocre logging capability. Only records max and min for the day so you cannot see trends or overall history. Worst of all the app only allows access to your Bluetooth devices when internet connection is available. Useless to check system status when outside mobile data range! This point is unacceptable.
