No portal pay options
Tried to pay my rent but my rental agency only allows payments through Appfolio portal which isn’t an option with this app 😕
Split Pay is awesome
Been using the app to pay rent for a few months now, the split pay feature is awesome, really help to balance the budget!
Doesn’t work
It gets me to my eligibility and then makes me re enter my bank info over and over again
Lies
This app doesn’t help you split your rent, it sets a schedule reminder for you to pay th rent. Externally useless.
This is what you need
Exactly what everybody needs these days. Inflation is crazy, so this app has come in at a pretty good time. It’s such a breath of fresh air not to have to pay my entire salary at the top of the month. Having rent app made it so i can pay in installments and my landlord doesn’t complain because she gets her money on time regardless. It’s a pretty good experience so far. Customer service is quick to respond and handled all my concerns
Super helpful app
So I heard about this from a friend and decided to give it a try. Times were tough so the split pay feature was pretty appealing. I was concerned at first on whether my landlord would accept it, but i figured out they already have tenants using it and they accept it. It’s been really helpful not having to pay such big sums at once. Having the rent split into two eliminates so much unnecessary stress for me. I do think the fee is a bit expensive for the service but honestly it’s worth it. I recommend it to anyone needing to balance their finances better.
Approval
It’s seem hard to get approved for the split pay. I’ve a great income and they denied me
Customer service
So your app took me all the way through the process. Link my bank and everything. Tried to use the lot to split payments and was giving an error message. Called customer service and they were no help really didn’t try to help me. Just said your bank do not work with our system. I bank with chase and a few other banks and she just said I need to call my bank. What would I call my bank for if in my account it say sharing with rentapp. I’m confused so I deleted everything from you guys. Thanks anyway great idea
Terrible
Exactly like all the other split rent apps. They always don’t approve me 600 credit score and tons of income.
