Rent Please! Landlord Sim

okay so after playing for a week my opinion drastically changed. its still a good game and its nice that it doesnt have ads unless u choose to watch them BUT it impossible not to watch ads and once you pass the honeymoon phase it gets tired and boring really fast. the income is incredibly small compared to the time you have to wait (1 minute each pay) and after completing the entire first map my income stands at 20k meanwhile upgardes cost from 200k each and theres a lot of them if you want to complete 100% for shops and stuff. also because the income is so low and takes long theres almost no playability without watching ads as you wont have nothing to do besides wait like 10mins till you can upgrade a bed for one apartment (and theres like 10+ uogardes for each furniture for each apartment) like i dont know i think it needs a lot of gameplay improvement or theyre just another cash grab from ads but just in disguise edit: currently on map two and my income is at 3k (with bonus) while each upgrade is costing me +50k and theres like 60 of them on each apartment. spent 3 days playing without watching any ads and i still havent upgraded an apartment to 100% mind u theres so many of them. just bad income scale compared to upgrades, they should update it

i never write reviews but i had to for this game 😭 it's so good it's everything i look for in a mobile game, absolutely addicting and fun i'm super picky and this game is just perfect the reviews the tenants leave are one of my fav parts of the game, catering to their individual needs in order to satisfy them, overall just love this game so much

this game is so fun, it has no ads unless you want to get a reward from the money man or speed up the process of building (which is optional). I love how it gives you feedback on how to make your city better!! it’s so fun and addicting i could play this for hours 😅

I actually really like this game. It’s fun to play or also fine. For some reason once you reach level 33, there’s no place else to go. No more challenges. No more nothing. Hopefully there’s an update coming soon because I really enjoy the game. If not, I’m deleting.

I’d like to be able to keep adding to my villages even after unlocking a new level. The money is just collecting so it’s making it somewhat boring because I can’t even merge the money together for the new levels I unlock

I first played this game over a year ago when I was sick with Covid and I was ADDICTED. Relapsed- I mean, started playing it again a few months ago and I'm hooked again! 😅

This game is really fun. If you have seen one of the ads, it isn’t lying, unlike most games. It’s realistic and fun, but I just wish there were more events because those are fun. I definitely recommend.

The gameplay is great, and so far after a few hours I’ve had 0 forced ads. I’ve watched ads out of respect for that. The game is fun, plays as expected, some string issues from the devs forgetting spaces at the end of their quotes but no one besides a huge nerd like me would notice that.
