Terrible app, hasn’t been updated in 5 years. Clearly this company does not give a damn as long as they’re getting money somehow. Their website is no better. RentFaster would collapse the moment a competitor that can provide a better front-end service. That’s how poorly RentFaster works.

Recently got this app to help find a place while I don’t have my laptop handy. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Nothing loads, and it logs me out each and every time! Even though I set it to “remember password” and that won’t even work.

This app always glitches out after few min of using, gets stuck on one thing and have to exit, clear and reopen to use again.

Wow. I’ve had the displeasure of having to use this app over the years. I can’t believe no one has fixed its countless issues at this point in 2024. Developers should be embarrassed how slow it is and the amount it crashes

This app constantly freezes and does not work, especially on the map layer. The only fix is to delete and reinstall which works for a very short time.

The app is basically garbage. Having to sign in virtually every time you open it, half crashing to where you can’t navigate the map or properties. I use the website on mobile, it’s less frustrating.

God awful app, super buggy and not user friendly. The thing crashes or brings you to a screen that you cannot exit which forces you to close the app, login again, and put in your search, again.

This app is not functional. Please fix it, it seems so useful if you could actually navigate menus, maps, and select text boxes

It used to be a very good app but now it keeps crashing and very hard to navigate it

I go to map view and click on the pins and nothing happens. Refresh the page - still nothing. Exit the app and reload it - still nothing. Delete and redownloaded - still nothing. It’s a garbage app
