Rescue + Mobile

Not clear how to use it. I downloaded Logmein to get administrator access to that app, but faced with another unclear soft. Followed instruction and next I downloaded logmein authenticator , but still no access to my IPad from logmein. Logmein allows me to send invitation link to another computer but I don’t need it. I am looking for six digits number for rescue+mobile. How to use it? Where IPads?

SCAM! Alert! I googled Apple support's phone number for assistance, and to my surprise, I called a number believing I was contacting Apple support. But that number is a SCAM. It was 1 (877) 999-0351 I was having trouble hearing them as well & so they called me back from +1 (707) 397-0587. Once they asked me to download this app, they accessed my phone, I immediately picked up something wrong. I simultaneously texted Apple support which I was texting earlier. I shared a screen shot of this app and asked then to verify if downloading this app was safe, and they said NO. The SCAMMER saw me communicating via text with Apple support and immediately dropped the call. Apple WILL NEVER ask you to download any app. They screen share directly from their end. which was a red flag when I ask the scammer why don't they just screen share with my phone. DELETE the app ASAP! If you do, please change all your passwords especially your iCloud and important accounts. Unbelievable! Thank Goodness I caught it before entering any password.

Beware! Scammers use this app to steal your money. They pretend to be customer service agents. Do not download. This app should have a disclaimer saying “PayPal, etc will never ask you to download this app”.

I am completely disgusted by this app. I had 20000 dollars in doge coin and some fool name Kirk Chickenbob stole it from me. I knew not to trust the Indian person who called me. He was asking about my address and asking how old my wife is. Kirk is so lucky that I have the downs and was to dumb to realize it was a scam. I only found out cause my great grandfathers best friend told me. Count your days Chickenbob.

Please do not let hackers record your screen while they act as apple support! Never give any passwords while they remote access. Not developed by apple!

Hackers tried using this app to gain access to my phone. No business etc should need remote access to your personal devices. DO NOT download. Anything like this should be taken off the App Store.
