Put some pin connectors on the dang thing for rotation / speed etc . 0-2 so far with these motors .motors that are allowed to "decide" rotation are a bad idea .

App just keeps crashing, can’t even use it.

Several issues. Very poor instructions as to motor ID number. Bar code scanner doesn’t work. App can’t find motor using every number on any label. App freezes on screens and you have to close app and restart. Training video lacks any precise info in my opinion. I like the idea but the app designers really failed. Tried to find additional info after getting home and so far no luck. Still need to return to program the motor as it was left in default settings. Very disappointed so far with the product.

Update your app please. There are no words on the pop up screens or selector switches. I’m using ad iPhone. Also when I tried on my other phone which is a note 20, the Bluetooth would not connect even after resetting everything.

App doesn’t load data and clearly the company doesn’t care or it would have been fixed by now you’re better off ordering an oem motor than dealing with this crap

App shouldn’t have been released, there’s no way this was tested before it’s release

App won’t load correctly. Can’t get the app to show information. Buttons and fields have no labels to identify what to input.
