Love It Highly Recommend
THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
Do not get this app. I have cancelled it more than a year ago and they still charged me against my will. They will ignore you and keep stealing your money. Stay away!
Scam artists
This is the second year after I canceled my subscription they’ve attempted to charge me after the paid membership expired. Reached out to customer service and they said there was no request put in and have insisted to try and charge me annually.
Subscription
The app is a bit of a challenge to work when u May need to pause or go back to a particular workout and also I been stuck in a subscription because every time I try to cancel it sends me over to my subscriptions in my iPhone well I paid using my card and now I have no way to cancel and there’s no customer service
Never used. Waste of time.

Killer!
This is a great app. I have recently gotten back on my health journey after my second child. I love that you can get different angles of view. I just wish there was some music playing and you could hear some motivational talk to keep you pushing throughout.
You’re a vibe, but this app needs work
I’ve been unable to access the app for months after accidentally paying for it. I’ve tried reaching out for help, but the app support page is always blank whenever I try to load it. Can we please get a “Forgot Password” option in 2024? I’ve attempted to load the support page multiple times with no success. Please assist!
Just Started
So far so amazing!!!! Just started the booty secret 2.0 program and ladiesssss I feel why Jenna is so ripped lol. I’m focused, ready and excited. Thanks again to Jenna for her transparency and fearlessness. 🦾🦾
User suggestions being implemented in the updates!!
Talk about listening to your customers! I’ve made recommendations asking with other users and am very pleased to see them being put into place! Kudos Jenna and team!!! I recommend that the developers find a way to have the software not lose member points and accomplishments - I lost mine and only some points could be reassigned based on what I remember. Customer care was helpful in getting those points back in but only based on what I told them.
