Apartment held my daughter hostage today. For weeks we have told them that the RP website would not allow me to log on in Chrome, Edge, or Safari. They sent me to Entrata- which does not offer support to end users on subscribers-apartments. Today I was given a temporary password which allowed me to sign for my college child's guarantee. I went to change the password for continued access-no worky…… Downloaded the App-bingo worked the first time. Absolute joke.

Everyone in office really nice and helpful. Enjoy all the activities they do for residents here.

Easy to pay a rent and if we need maintenance

It’s a great platform, the only issue I have with it is the card fee that is added onto my total
