stupid cannot booking again,what are you doing?

For the last 4 months, have been trying to reset my access but to no avail. Not able to receive OTP on my registered mobile or registered email, when trying to reset via “forgot password” option. Even have feedback this problem/issues twice via separate platform as suggested by your customer service support team.

It is very idiot when the server down and you are using the digital key. I stand there keep trying and trying then go to the counter and ask for physical key but they do India drama to me ask me quite here quite there. Luckily the system back to normal after 2 hrs!! If not I’m going to GSA counter and shout them very law!!!!!

Always show I’m on another iOS device, halo I only use 1 phone , contact customer service no one pick up also l. Disappointed, gonna check in soon

Since last month trying to book rooms but once at the last step to confirm always jump to Your Cart is empty and can’t book at previous rate. Very troubling and as of now still facing this issue

Why can’t I link to the card, neither gmail nor otp? I’ve been waiting for a long time. Another point, I tried to delete the app and download it again. But the system said that I had not logged out just now and could not multiple login. The problem is that I can't even log out now because I am stuck in the login interface. Can you solve the problem asap

This app is useless, nothing can be book, all the way to hell that all hotel fully booked. What’s the point having this apps with those point earned.

Totally crash this app

If you don’t have enough skilful manpower to make your app working properly, then don’t fxxking launch it to shame your company. I can’t find any good things about your mobile app but hundreds of bad things instead. Rubbish app.
