I have an offer for free rooms, I clicked “Book Now” and the app froze. I had to delete the app and re-install it. I did this twice. And it froze twice.

I dont understand how this App goes on without anyone at RWLV ever fixing it.

Stuck during account creation at questionnaire. Doesn’t matter if I close the app or not.

I downloaded the app, in hopes of taking advantage of the cashless play. I began the signup for this but then got to a screen saying I needed to verify/input info to set it up. I clicked the next button just to end up on a “questions” screen that simply had the number 1 and 4 blank selection boxes. From there the app is practically bricked. You can’t click anything, go back, log out, etc. Closing the app does nothing and it simply goes straight back to that frozen screen when you reopen. The only way to get off that screen is to fully uninstall the app and reinstall.

Resorts world makes too much money to have such a trash app please fire whoever built this. Have seen teenagers develop better software than this it's unusable

Every time I try to open this app it just doesn’t work! I close it reopen it, delete it, reibstall, nothing will work to fix it. RWLV please fix it,.

La app no sirve se quedó congelada y aunque la vuelva a abrir se queda donde se quedó congelado la última ves y de ahí ya no salgo. Simplemente no sirve

This app is total garbage.

If the goal of a cashless app is to make it easier for the customer to spend money, it should actually be functional. RW staff are basically clueless and unable to assist, then direct you to the aforementioned non working app. Plenty of other properties on the strip to spend money.

It’s the most useless app. I live in Vegas and I love having staycations at RW but it’s impossible to book a room through this app. Never once it allowed me to book a room using my local promotions. It’s not functional. It’s only good for checking your points. That’s it. It’s a shame.
