Rest Super

The app works at a very basic and somewhat counterintuitive level. It feels like it has been designed by someone who doesn’t want you to know what’s going on with your super. The most immediate improvement I’d make would be to add a performance measure (like a graph) to show how well the fund I’m invested in is performing and the return I may have made (or not) on top of my contributions and employer contributions. At the moment I can see what contributions I and my employer have made but have no clue how the fund is performing, which is crucial to know. Even just including the fund performance over a 1 month - fund inception period would be helpful. Thanks

It is very easy to use and have all the great features.

The app has shown improvement recently. I think it could do a better job of educating people no matter if they are a man or woman about their future with super. Some women have to miss out on super when they have children and some men lose part of the super in property settlements. I do appreciate just how nice and clean the layout of the app is.

I don’t believe in coincidences, it’s not a coincidence I left Rest and in a matter of a week before it was finalise, I lost over a $1000 dollars.

It’s not easy to find the return on investment that they achieved with my money. Seems by design.

Not letting me log in using my pin

App itself is amazing. I wish it was easy to add a beneficiary as well. There is no informal about uploading a beneficiary form. Have to call or chat to get info. I put date wrong mistakenly. I was told to change it , so i did. Then i told we can’t accept the form with corrections you have to put you initials with the amendments. I put my signatures. Then i was told we can’t accept it as there is no date with the initials when the amendments were done. I put date and resent it. No at the peak of frustration where i got an email again that we can’t accept it due to corrections. Every time i am replying to my email getting a feedback of my beneficiary form from different person, getting different advice and forms are still not acceptable . WOW. I am over it. Moving my super. Thank you so much for assisting, frustrating me.
