HEALTH APP:
The RWL “Daily Planner” feature will pull data from Apple’s Health Kit and from Fitbit. This data is used so that the user can track their personal journey.
RWL app will ask the user for permission to approve access to the following Health Kit data types. (Both Read and Write):
- Active Energy
- Flights Climbed
- Sleep Analysis
- Steps
This information will allow the user to track how many calories they have burnt each day, adding the total to their calories consumed, calculating their calorie deficit.
The user has full control over the permissions granted to the RWL app and can deactivate each of the data types via the app at any point.
Once the user has authorized the Health Kit data types, they will be allowed to sync their iWatch to the RWL app.
The data as a collective (de-identified) can be used to better improve the function of the app and other RWL services. The user's data will not be shared with any third parties.
PAYMENT:
This app offers 7 days for FREE with full access to all content.After that period users will join a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription to unlock all content.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Great workouts but not easy to save updates / achievements
Really enjoying the workouts and eating plans but I can’t save calories after workouts, weight updates on my timeline or move to the next level and unlock some of the work outs!
Could be great but
This app holds loads of great fitness and nutrition advice but unfortunately I didn’t find it user friendly at all. Nothing was displayed in a logical order so for that reason I found it basically unusable.
They will charge you despite cancelling subscription
Watch out! The app and online accounts apparently don’t connect. I cancelled my subscription within the correct time frame and had evidence that this had gone through. But RWL still charged me again causing me to get bank fees. I tried to get this back but was told it was simply my fault for not cancelling online. Prior to this they claimed they hd responded to my emails but I couldn’t find any evidence of this in my emails. Just watch out as they will always claim it’s your fault and will just take your money.
RWL has helped in so many life stages!
RWL has helped me SO much! Through the first lockdown to become fit and healthy, then through my third pregnancy so I can exercise well and safely and now post partum and finding my feet again! So many amazing parts of the app including mindset and hundreds of recipes! I would recommend RWL to everybody.
Perfect for home fitness
This app has transformed my lifestyle It’s easy to use but full of content that is updated everyday! So much choice and expert trainers, it’s kept me motivated and I’m fitter and healthier than ever!
RWL
I joined RWL in May 2020 after I’d been advised that I’d be working from home during lockdown meaning I wasn’t getting my daily walk to and from work and my arthritis had started to flare up. I started with the dance workouts as they were the easiest for my joints and I’ve worked my way up to weighted and LIIT workouts, the trainers are perfect and so knowledgeable offering an easier option if needed. The community is amazing! the #rwlfitties are the best cheerleaders on the app and Instagram. The app is very easy to navigate and there is a wealth of information on there - mindset courses, workout bank, recipes, tips on diet styles and much more!! Cecilia and Lucy have created an amazing platform and I do not regret joining up at all, in fact I’m hooked!!!
Life Changing!
I have followed RWL for 6 years now and it has completely changed my outlook on fitness, mindset and my overall wellbeing! The app has absolutely everything you could need to take care of your mental and physical health. It has workout programmes for everyone, delicious recipes, incredible mindset content, a supportive community. Best thing I ever did joining ❤️ you will not regret it!

RWL has everything you need to start a healthy, balanced & sustainable lifestyle. They are constantly being out new content which amazes me everytime. Over 2 years of being an RWL member & I won’t be looking back! This app has all the tools you need including 1000’s of workouts, food tracker, mindset courses, a whole community where you can relate to other people with the same goals & visions, over 700 delicious recipes, sleep courses, meditation, pre/post natal programmes etc, the list is endless!
