Now it gives you like an 11 hour turnaround and you still may or may not get the final results- mine timed out now and just say please wait, so now I have to wait for the charge to go through and then file a chargeback with Apple since this developer cannot provide the services they’re taking money for.
I've had this app for years and referred it to many people. Work is always great but lately the wait times are ridiculous, close to 15 hours each time. Also not getting the option to spend credits to save time and get in front of queue. Please fix this!
Horrible app keeps crashing
Should allow to pay more for faster pictures
This app used to be good but not anymore. Take hours to get pictures and even when you pay for a rush job it does not work. Stay away !!!
First, it gave me an estimate time of 10 hours to be completed. 12 hours later it asked me for 23 credits extra if I wanted my picture ready in 9 minutes.
The timings are so off now it’s frustrating
You should be unbiased I’m paying you to do a service . This includes nude touchups .
Don’t bother sending them a photo to fix because you could literally wait hours to get the result! Ridiculous to say the least. When you need to post a pic, obviously you don’t want to wait HOURS to get the corrected photo back. This app is so annoying & it’s useless to me. Will get my own program to adjust my photos….
I’m very disappointed with my experience using the Retouch Me app. My recent order took over 14 hours to complete, and I had to pay an additional 10 credits just to expedite the process. Despite this, the results were subpar, and when I reached out to support, I was met with generic, copy-paste responses that didn’t address my specific concerns. Even after multiple attempts to communicate my issues, I kept receiving the same unhelpful replies, which only added to my frustration. It’s clear that the support team is more focused on reciting their policies than actually helping customers. I expected much better service, especially after paying extra for faster processing. Unfortunately, this app has failed to deliver on its promises, and I can’t recommend it based on my experience.
