Retrospect

This was a great app, then I upgraded to version 16 and it stopped working. Update the app please.

Stopped working some time ago and no support from whomever owns Retrospect these days. Too bad really, this was great when it worked.

No updates since 2014.

...starting the app incurs a warning message from iOS that the app needs to be updated because it may slow down your iPhone. That's something I've never seen before. Looks like Retrospect has abandoned this app. Use at your own risk.

I've had Retrospect in my business and home network for almost 10-years and LOVE that I'm now able to roam the halls at work and check at home to confirm not only that backups have been done or are in progress, but I can start one if I feel the need to do so. AWESOME!!

Works as advertised but latest version 2.2 has issue with rotation on iPad 3. If start in portrait it stays in portrait and won't rotate. If start in landscape there is a moment where it is in landscape but then flips to portrait (sideways) while the iPad is still in Landscape with the time/status bar at the top.

New interfase, better sync, you can even browse your encrypted backup set(after providing password)!

I have used the Retrospect iPhone/iPad app since I found it last year. It gave me the basics that I needed. It was a lot quicker to check the status of my backups from my iPhone than my laptop. Now I see they have upgraded it so it gives you the Report feature, too. This is handy to have. It looks nice in your screenshot but it does not show up on my iPhone or iPad. This is s great app. I will give it 4 stars because the Reports feature is not working.
