Still cannot return eligible item. Machine might take one but then spit out all the others that are the same. And they are all in good condition. Company & Tomra said they would fix but still haven’t and it’s going on few months now.
Love that it’s super easy to use, shows a gross total of returns, and funds can go over to PayPal so they can be accumulated and used for any purchases that accept this payment type.
Returns made seem less. The app is easy to use and link to paypal.
Very good service. I appreciate how hard the company tries to the areas clean. Thank you.

The process is reasonable but the execution is second rate. The collection area always looks run down and sleazy. I get the refund because I need it but I know many who don’t bother. Who gets the benefit of the unclaimed items that are all pre paid by the consumer?
Not much use trying to recycle when the machines either (a) don’t work or (b) are full and won’t take anymore empties.
App only half working
Great solution for the user and hats off to the technical team behind the scenes for making it seamless
