Downloaded but cannot open once i tap on the app it auto off and back to my hp home page.

Remove the app right away because it forced me to register with my personal data even before i can browser the products. I’m not even your customer yet, why I have to give away my personal data?

Why make user sign up? I should be able to browse and view the contents as guest and if I like what I am seeing then proceed to registeration.
