Don’t use the app & poor service
I used this app to load $50 onto my account for ongoing purchases, since I’m a regular customer. The money left my checking but didn’t show up on the app. I called the owner who passed me off to the credit card processing customer service. I had to email, call and follow up multiple times before this was resolved after about 3 weeks. I don’t feel, as the customer, I should have been dealing with this. The owner also never followed up with me, apologized or offered anything for the inconvenience. This took place 2 weeks after I walked into the store to buy lunch and couldn’t because the credit processing was “down.”
