How am I supposed to pay my card if the app won’t let me create login credentials?????? I can create a username but when I choose a password it tells me I have to use one of their special characters. I use 2 of the characters in the password and it still stays red and won’t let me hit register. What’s the problem?????

I’ve tried activating my facial identification to login and your biometric It’s not visible to activate so that I can log on with facial recognition. It’s been like this for six months already.

DO NOT GET THIS CARD!! I knew I would have to pay the fees but you literally can’t even use it, even after you pay your balance after the annual fee. It does not work anywhere. I’ve tried a bunch of different places it never worked once. I waited 2 months to get the card, and durning that my balance was ran up from the 75 annual fee I couldn’t even pay because I didn’t have access to the card. DONT DO IT

Basically this app seems very generic and stuck in a beta phase. I can’t utilize biometric face recognition upon opening the app. I am constantly having to type my user ID and password everytime I open app. When I go to the options to enable the facial recognition the so called circle I have to type on to enable this feature wont do anything. I really hope we can fix this soon cause it feels like a kid app. Thanks.

I’ve been a customer with this company for over a year and a half my account was fraud numerous times they refused to cover it! I’ve asked them to send me replacement cards due to the fraud. They never sent it on three occasions. It’s been over three months.! After being told my address was updated on two separate occasions it was not, never received the card! I’ve never dealt with a more negligent company! Customer service is equivalent to talking to a wall, even when mistakes were clearly made on their part!!

I had Revvi for more then a year as I was building credit. They charged me the new annual fee plus I would have had to pay a $9 monthly fee on top of that so asked for a credit limit increase. I was denied and the letter stated because of my credit. When I read the details of the letter it had the information from my credit report when I first opened the card. I called them and asked them why they declined my increase based on my credit from more than a year ago and they said that’s what the credit bureau told them. I told the agent that’s incorrect because there is a 200 point difference between what Revvi says is my credit score versus what all 3 bureaus say as I have been monitoring my credit daily. In the end I asked them to close the account because I refuse to pay a $49 annual fee plus an $8 monthly fee for a card that I can’t get an increase on after being a loyal customer for over a year, paying my statement balance off in full every month and never having a late payment. A $300 limit isn’t going to do anything positive for me.

DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! Besides the 95.00 program fee. These thieves take half your credit line and bill before activation. I WILL TAKE THE CREDIT HIT BY CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT. BBB COMPLAINT COMING!

Every time I make a payment this app keeps declining my card and nothing is wrong with my payment information. Then 3 in the morning I get these alerts that this app is charging my debit card three times after I made the payment. In my opinion I think this app was hacked into.

1. DONT get the card! It’s way to hard to dispute a charge. 2. THE APP NEVER WORKS BOTTOM LINE…GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE

Please fix your guys app I am always having To reenable the Face ID it kick me off every other month and then when I try to put in the password and username it always make me reset
