Reward Card

No proper support from customer service. Their prepaid card (virtual card) doesn’t work. They deduct points perfectly. Asked them no response. Especially that points to pay Services’s are irresponsible team. No response from customer service.

It keeps saying to enter correct login details. It wouldnt allow me to login.

Very useful app. Used it to convert my Etihad air miles into a prepaid credit card and have used it to buy concert tickets, skype credit, and sign up to a website. It's possible to order a hard copy of the card (for a small fee), so it isn't just virtual. There was an issue with refreshing the balance after using the card for a purchase, so I wasn't sure how much I had left. It didn't affect the use of the card and it seems to have been resolved. I'm not sure if the card can be reloaded, if not it might be something worth looking at - linking to a bank account or paypal account maybe. I'm also not sure how many companies have signed up tonit yet.

What is the problem with your system? Is your system down? 2 days now i’m trying to log in but i can’t connect.

This rule wasn’t apparent when applied for the card, wondering why put restrictions on such a product. The first version of the card was unusable nor this one.

Kindly fix the problem with this app! Every time I attempt to log in and try to access my app, it doesn’t open and keeps repeating failed log in attempts. I need to access my account to check my miles. There’s no other way to check and redeem my miles. Thanks

Card holder data collection form is resetting with all fields going blank when I’m selecting the country of residence. Fix the app

Virtual card generated without cvv. Unable to use it. Utter failure system. Very disappointed
