Rewire: Transfer Money Abroad

Poor customer service, can’t understand english and doesn’t listen to what the customer’s problems

I am trying for months for transferring my money internationally and it is being declined or getting some problems every time the time i have used my card for transaction it was error from remitly where my money was deducted from my bank and they didn’t even reach to remitly and was struck between i have to wait for a week to get my money back and now i am using bank transfer via token and my miney is not even debited even after completing the transaction see how funny it is and the customer support is really useless by webchat every time i message them they usually not give any proper response and say bye not resolving the customer query.

Idk what’s happening with this app I uninstalled and reinstalled back and this is not even opening it keeps and loading forever.. useless I used this app a year ago and now this is the worst app ever

Recently I noticed a deposit charge has been charged and higher the amount you transfer you pay more, in fact the deposit pay will never mention in any of the receipts and only you will see form the bank statement. Also the there is no proper indication of the breakdown in the receipt

The most useless app of the year, open an account today, make a transaction and boom you’re blocked cos their momma breached a contract and they would not tell you what you breached,, please never use this app they are only stealing your information to sell on the dark web

rewire are blocking accounts fo no reason and they cant explain why they blocked accounts so make sure you withdraw all your money just incase you cant get access to it when you even ask them why they say you breach terms and condition even tho you havent be careful

I don’t know how they get these user ratings. I’ve experienced the worst ever and unprofessional banking. I even dealt with money lenders and they were more polite and organised. Such an impolite team and weird policies. I’m done.
