Useless app

The app and WiFi feature are my favorites, which is the main reáson I chose this camera. I wanted easy access to my videos without the hassle of removing the SD card and transferring files to my laptop.

After emailing customer service about an issue, they were very helpful and quickly pinpointed that I was using an old version of the app. I'd definitely recọmmend this product.

The phone app is incredibly handy, allowing video downloads directly to your phone, eliminating the hassle of removing memory cards and using a cọmputer.

The app is still an amazing option for connecting remotely and on the spot, maintaining its utility while on the go.
