1. When trying to register in the app, no sms is getting sent to me and I’m not able to type any code in “Enter code from SMS” form. 2. A friend of mine paid in the application for booking and it got paid 2 times, money got debited from a card 2 times, but she is not able to get a refund for it, since a support team does not respond via an email for a week.
