terrible app

Fund section of menu go missing very often

Link to device requires card no

Hi, for users without debit card, how can we link our device to login? Please revert asap ! Thanks

Not user friendly

This app only works if you have debit card to link your device. If I have current account without debit card, I unable to login and link my device

App doesn’t work

Bad Apps

Very not user friendly apps. Already registered for secure plus but no notification nothing !

Trouble logging in

so many times tried to log in always said “error 1100”!! already reinstalled & restarted the app so many times still cannot!!! have tried for weeks still no avail, customer service isn’t even replying my emails!! so frustrated, cannot even log in to check my balance!!

Stuck at open screen with logo "RHB"

Download and run, but no response and screen stop at first screen with RHB logo.

Stupid bank

I dont know what to say, so much stupid thing with this bank and app. Just tell anyone u hate to use this bank, and your love one stay away from it
