The drawback for this app is not able to view account cash balance . But it is available in web. Strongly suggest RHB to incorporate cash balance view in the app

Always flash out when using this app

After updating to the latest version, I can’t use my iPad for doing trade, after highlighting to the Bank, nothing has been done. What a let down!

Please, please, please update the UI. It is 2023 already and almost 2024. Many customers place an importance on the UI. I know this old one gets the job done regardless but we need to move with the times. If other apps can do it, I don’t have a doubt that RHB Investment Bank cannot.

The new update affect the ui screen where it is over the iphone timeline bar.

Very frustrate with the ID scanning, i scan for don’t know how many time keep error. I hope can improve that part! i not even can register now..

Recently noticed that the APP cannot be used under 4G data. Pls check why can only work under WIFI.

Without notification, price alert is useless. Idk why but everything in the iOS system shown noti should be on but still didn’t get anything. Missing notifications on price alerts means missing an opportunity to enter at the right spot

Since M1 Mac can run iphone and ipad apps, please make it available to run on M1 macs
