The App and the WiFi module have improved and I haven’t encountered WiFi connection issues for the past several months, but the App and the module are still not nearly as good as the ecobee thermostat and App.

I can’t speak to the functionality of the app because I can’t connect it to my WiFi. In discussion with tech support I was told that the app doesn’t allow WiFi passwords with spaces. Their recommendation: just change my password to one without spaces. Sure, on my router, and every one of the dozens of devices and Smart Home apps that already connect to it just fine. This might have been OK when IoT and wireless standards were just developing, but is unacceptable in 2024. Please fix this!

Recent changes have made it unusable. Can’t edit schedule.

There is one huge problem with this app. You cannot reset the “leak detected” error the pops up. You could at one time, but noooooo. That would be too handy.

Can’t address water heater schedule after latest update

The temperature only goes to 140 degrees, and by the time it gets to my shower, it’s warm at best. With my gas water heater, I had to lower the temp because it was to hot! I really miss that. Going back to gas, as soon as I can afford too!

The times are no longer editable. Very very bad update to release right before the holidays….

We live in age of technology. Things should be easily updated and added. They recently updated the schedule app but don’t allow you to add as many time slots as one may need/want. Unfortunately I have 1 zone in my house so upstairs and downstairs fluctuate drastically in extreme temps and I would need to add heat/cooling throughout the night as extra boost. Simple fix and feature. Also would be great to add humidity adjustment feature. They already have one for dehumidification….

Looks like after recent update, it is not able to change the time and name for any of the time slot in the schedule. It just carried over from previous settings and cannot be changed. Please fix this!

Since the new update for scheduling you cannot change the name of your schedule or the time that’s already set before the update you hit the time but nothing happens it provides no options the only think you can change is the temperature. You update broke what worked perfectly fine.
