This does exactly what you’d want from a fasting app without all the BS, adds and feel-good-stories. It just reminds you, and lets you keep track of how you’re doing. Perfect feature-set and execution.

Simple. Free. Practical. Could use a countdown for when you can eat but as it send you a notification it still does the job.

Thanks for creating a simple way of keeping track of my progress without fees and other hassles.

It would be good if I could set the date and time I started the fast even if it was hours ago.
