I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my products or anything this has got to be a scam no feed back or anything !!!! JUST WOW.

Order on March 5th yet to receive my order!!! I think this is a scam

They ignored me and never sent my my order.

I ordered a bundle package back in September. The hurricane happened, which is understandable. So, I was I was told it will be a delay on my order. Cool! Next, I received a automatic cancellation for my order. Ok, fine. But I never received a refund for my order that rich and clear cancelled. I emailed them. Someone responded and when I asked about my refund and gave them verification of my order on December 20th. I did a follow up because I haven’t heard back or received a refund and when I went to email the same person. The email no longer existed. DO NOT BUY! Horrible customer service. I can’t even get my money back that THEY cancelled a order to. Sad!

I order from their site almost a week ago . Never receive a confirmation of the order to my email . I’ve have contacted them on Instagram, sent emails , and have called their location . I still have not gotten a response and have no idea when my order will be shipped . They have no issues taking my money !! Not sure if I would ever order from this company again after this.

I ordered during the pandemic and I thought because it was the pandemic orders were a little slow 2 years later it’s going. On 4 weeks I’ve ordered and no tracking number, no package, no communication NOTHING. These people are anything but a SCAM

I ordered the bundle kit and dynamic duo in the beginning of February to help support a black business. I still have not received my items. I’m continuing to check and I keep being told it’s waiting for the items . I wish I can use my products…. Supporting black business

worst customer service ever! expect to wait 3 months + for your package. been trying to get in contact with someone and no reply what’s so ever.

I’ve order this two weeks ago an paid for a three day shipping an still haven’t gotten it I’ve been trying everything to get in touch with them an still nothing I am not able to get my money back for heat from them I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE TO GET THIS PRODUCT THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH OUT TO THEM IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IVE EMAIL THEM EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK AN STILL NOTHING
