This app is extremely slow to load a list of desks and is unbelievably frustrating to use. It never remembers what floor I want, what zones I book. It constantly times out. What is so hard about an office with 300 desks? That’s no data at all, why is it so slow to load??? What is it doing? Why can’t I replace what desk I’ve booked with another? Why does it book me a mile away from where I’ve booked before? Argh this app

Very convenient to be able to book my office desk from my mobile! 👍

Moving from v1 to v2, the performance has improved significantly and the app is much easier. There are still some slow periods but they’re not as bad as before

Use it in my office and it does the job

I can book at the touch of a button which is epic. I also like the people area on the office page because I can see when my team are in. It’s slow sometimes but other than that it’s good

We recently moved to this app for hybrid working purposes, and I am really disappointed in its usability. It’s very slow, often not even loading in my phone. While the web version is not at all intuitive and does not make it clear how to book rooms, nor does it have a reasonable calendar view. The app often also forgets my booking or simply ‘black screens’ once I think I’ve booked… I’d also say that the 5 star reviews are of the same style and tone and are most likely fake. I would not recommend this system / platform at all in its current form. Very poor.

It never works

Not only is the app awful, the 5* reviews are very clearly fake. The app would not allow me to change my location so I was not even able to book a desk. Totally pointless. It is such a faff to book desks as is, a working app would have been really useful.
