RICOH360 Tours

L’applicazione inizialmente si presenta anche utile ed intuitiva. Qualora aveste acquistato la corrispettiva Theta per fare le foto ovviamente risulta essere la prima opzione per il montaggio e creazione dei tour 360 su cui cade l’occhio. Tuttavia dopo due settimane di prova gratuita il prezzo passa ad essere eccessivamente alto, considerando che annualmente è quasi il doppio del prezzo della telecamera stessa.. e i tours caricati fino a quel momento diventano inaccessibili finché non si paga. Sarebbe stato auspicabile sperare almeno in uno sconto clienti…

I use it all the time to create tours for my real estate clients. Fast and easy to use.

I’m a 7 year agent and started my own listing photo business to help other agents out after seeing a lot of opportunity in the real estate industry. For 360 photos, I was using the SC2 with no delay and the theta app with little to no issues each time. Then I’d upload the photos into this Ricoh app and set up the tour later on my laptop. This is the quickest way to do it so you don’t have to set up a tour while you’re still at a house. I just started using a Trisio Lite 2 camera and the image sharpness is amazing. I’m still going to use Ricoh for the tour because the cost and options are great!! For the negative reviews on here, it was likely user error. I’ve been using Ricoh for almost 4 years.

I like the concept but you can’t change the setting. The setting button in the right top corner can’t be clicked. If I can’t change the settings, how is this app any use?

Nothing but connection issues, errors, photos don’t save. This app is loaded with nothing but problems and at this point is completely unusable.

This App crashes and is horrible uploads. You will spend hours working this when it only takes 15 mins on a normal 360 tour.

Takes forever to take photos. Doesn’t synch very well. I just spent the morning taking photos and it failed to upload 70% of them hours after. It’s some struggle.

Buyers beware. This software constantly crashes. Takes poor photos in low lighting. There are better products that don’t keep charging you $500 a year! Customer service won’t allow you to unsubscribe. They just keep charging you the $500 yearly! If I had known I would be spending this much, I would have bought a nice drone. At least it would get much more use! Buyers be forewarned, charges you nearly $500 yearly, poor service, crashes. And you’re not getting what you pay for. Terrible customer service! Zero stars!

A botbamboozle

This has been a nightmare of an experience to get out of their subscription. They lock you in annually with no way to cancel through the app, emailing customer service, or their webpage, even though they say you can. They intentionally charge you. The camera is low quality, the app is terrible, the customer service is the worst.
