RIDE | Driver

Hello, I am a new driver. i have signed up as a ride driver. After my account being verified it seems I am able to go online. But I don’t get any ride requests. I have tried calling their customer service phone number provided on Google without a success to get answered. Does anybody out there who share or advise me if there is something I have to do to get this fixed? Or I am wondering NO Riders exist Currently in my area.. I would have rated this app a 5-Stars if I had provided service. But even though I was online almost all day in different locations of Atlanta, Georgia. No single ride request came through except the constant app notification telling “You are in the airport” “You are Not in the airport”. So, I gave 2-Stars just for the great idea and mission any feedback is appreciated!

App is widely needed for riders and drivers but app makes quite difficult at times because of constant issues.

Yes, the rideshare app Ride, that was built in Atlanta, is in fact, without a doubt, a scam. I stayed online for 12 strait hours for 3 consecutive days, in various parts of Atlanta and received not a single ride request. they’ve taken scam to another level with this one…

I stayed online all day (about 7 hours) in various areas of Atlanta and didn’t receive a single ride request.

While the app is urgently needed to dilute the unfair, unethical, and dishonest monopoly of uber and lyft, the company really needs to promote its services and let the riders know it’s there to serve them. The app is functional, but if there’s no ride requests drivers will leave. I really hope that this company is successful and I am happy to contribute to its success as the current so called rideshare monopolies are really bad.

This is the answer to rideshare. The driver keeps more of the money earn on a ride than the other rideshare (Uber,Lyft ) Spread the word
