Cuando lo quiero conectar siempre me pide que lo encienda y lo mantengo prendido 😔

Al principio me costó trabajo entenderle tengo una hoverboard V12 Me pedían muchas cosas y no lo pude hacer que digamos y luego ya no conecta el Bluetooth entonces Ya no lo uso sin Bluetooth

Wen ever you try to sign up it says server error. I have even tried on three different devices and none of them worked.

I can’t connect my jetson j5 to the app it won’t connect to it and I feel as if I’m wasting my time

When I try to create my account it won’t let me I think there is bug in the app!

Bought this for my daughters birthday, took it out of the box to get it set up so she can use the features and you cannot connect to the app due to network/server issues. Have tried for 30 minutes on WiFi and Cell networks to no avail. What’s the point of integrating a product to your app for it not to function and use the abilities of the device?

The reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because I cannot login to my account because of a server issue!!! FIX IT JETSON SEND OUT A NEW UPDATE!!!!!!!

I had my phone sitting for 10 minutes and it didn’t connect

I say the hoverboard is great but the app doesn’t even let me sign up saying internet problems but in reality it’s just the app itself.And it’s also it’s sad how I could not sign up and I have been trying for a long time but it just keeps saying internet problems so I’m just mad
