Seems every time I sign in using the app it takes me to places I don’t need to be.

I'm a service plumber in NJ. I started out like most people with a ridgid shovac... 6 years still suckin up seeage.. then i purchased a k400 and k45af drain machines about 5 years ago still going.. now I purchased a press tool from them rp 241 so far love it. 🙌🏼

Please fix the app. It does not track the tool, show the last location, not update the press count. The app worked for a brief period then it stopped working.

I am very pleased with my pro press tool. It has made me more efficient and quicker. This is a great tool to have . Thanks for the RP 240 I can make a great living and great moneyIt helps me be quicker. It is safer and customers love the new technology. I pray that all plumbers can get one of these for Christmas. Love all of you I said peace, love and happiness to everyone reading this and ultimately health and clarity.

I have had the machine for a few months now and I had to say I was a little reluctant at first but this has made my life so much easier and jobs go by so much faster

Can’t make an account. Just keeps spinning then says something went wrong. So I can’t make an account.

As a residential service plumber efficiency is paramount. Ridgid RP 241 saves me so much time. Each time I install new water heater I save approximately 25-40 minutes over soldering all the necessary fittings. At this point I only solder when I absolutely have no other choice.
