RIG 600 PRO NAVIGATOR

The sound quality is ok but the mic is one of the worst I’ve have had in 30 years it’s what you would describe as a cancer mic.

I didn’t have any issues with this app at all, I wanted more bass and was able to get the sound I wanted. I don’t think it’s the app it’s the users giving it a bad rating because they don’t know what they are doing.

I have a i phone and it works and there are three settings and it works \,,/

Estuve probándolo un momento y le da un toque único al modo gamer , te sumerge más en el juego , claro si sabes cómo personalizarlo a tu gusto . Si ya de entrada eran buenos con esta aplicación puedes poner a tu gusto el sonido

I have the same issue everyone seems to have. Used it for 2days no issues on Xbox1. Than suddenly while adjusting volume it completely stops working. Says it’s connected but no sound but the announcement question were loud and . Connected it to phone and iPad yo listen music and it’s fine . A waste of 200$ . I spent 2hrs of my life trying to troubleshoot it and fix it was available on web and Microsoft. Glad I still have the receipt I’m gonna go return the item to Walmart asap. Even the app won’t link with the headset even when my phone is connected.

Right when I got it wasn’t letting me connect but the volume was alright when I played a game but I just stoped using it ever since

Worst app and headset I have ever gotten. Volume on the headset was a little low after about 4 games went to turn the volume up and volume goes away completely. Volume will not come back on at all except for game chat. I have tried switching chat to regular volume with nothing working. Go to connect the headset to the app to be able to see what’s going on. Headset will connect to my phone, but the app will not recognize that the headset is blue toothed to my phone.

As of feb 18 2024 I’m having absolutely no problems anyone has left a review mentioning the app works great in my opinion I had to connect to it via Bluetooth then open the app and it worked flawlessly multiple times

I bought the RIG 600 pro HS & downloaded this app to set up the headset. It recognized my headset 1 time then it kept saying headset not connected event\ though I was connected to my game or even in a FaceTime call to my wife. You can not set up or change the settings or even utilize the 3 profiles that are available to you if the app will not connect to the headset. Deleted the app & will be returning the headset.
