Rilla: The End of Ridealongs

Personally, I think this app is a gross violation of my states one party consent laws. It would make me extremely uncomfortable if someone came into my home to perform work meanwhile they were covertly recording our entire conversation. The only reason I use this app is because my job requires me to do so and I would never recommend someone else use it. Also, the AI is wildly inaccurate and misses things constantly, so I don’t even feel like the supposed benefits of the app are worth violating our customers privacy.

Incredible time savings and coaching efficiency for sales manager with reps in the field. Where Rilla doesn't replace ride-along trips, it empowers continuous coaching, quality control, and training for all those visits managers can't attend.

Good app. I know that to get good at anything, like sports or music, you’ve got to record yourself so you can replay it and make/get feedback on what you did well and what you didn’t do well. This finally lets us do that for sales which we’ve never been able to do consistently.
