Making sense of the “Wellness Balance” indicator took a little time. It wasn’t updating my activity for the day. Then I realized it was using the previous day’s metrics. Aside from that, it seems to be accurately capturing everything like steps, sleep, and heart rate. I’m making connections between certain activities and my stress levels. Also making connections between sleep and my appetite. Only thing on my wishlist is for the app to pull workouts from Apple health and synchronize activities automatically. Otherwise, really useful tool, I recommend getting one.
