I have money on the app that it’s not letting me use. This is the worst app I have ever seen in my life. Please fix it so I can use money that I have loaded onto the card.

This app charges $4 to ride the 24L yet it’s only $2 if paying with cash onboard.

this is my first app review ever. the app does not work. i bought the day pass for $6, and it did not show on my wave card. so i bought it again to see if anything would change. still did not show. yet it still took $12 from my debit card

So I recently lost my phone but before that I had loaded 20$ on my card so when I went to login on my new phone with the same credentials and all they gave me issues signing in for 15 min then I signed in and there was no money on my card soooo yea just carry cash the app is mad slow and be glitching now they stealing money

Literally just let me give you money so i know i can load it ahead of time

I loaded over $100 onto my virtual card but it’s showing a balance of $3. They’re taking money from the good people.

What in God’s name is this? The developer should be ashamed. This is for transportation and daily life, it isn’t a game. It took my money but kept showing zero balance. When I tried to load it again, it said payment failed. Thankfully I had some cash on me to get on the bus (who carried cash anymore?!) because they don’t take credit card. So literally if this is the only cashless way to pay, they should’ve taken greater care developing this app.

I enjoy using this app. The biggest perk is the “ride-to-earn” which allows you to ride with funds rather than buying the monthly pass and if you don’t reach the monthly pass price within the month you automatically save a couple of dollars I’m here to make a suggestion. Often it is too cold or maybe my screen is not bright enough to scan. What if the app allowed itself to be added to the apple wallet? I could tap instead of creating a line behind me when Imm having scanning issues

This app is not available for Samsung, users. My friend is outraged. Please make app more accessible!

Is anyone even working here anymore? This app is for a public service and it’s not remotely functional - nobody can add a payment method, and it crashes when you try to use it. Talking to anyone who attempted to use this before and looking at every review here - this is really a joke.
