RISE: Manifest & Meditation

I have incorporated the rise app into my everyday routine. From morning pep talks to set me up for the day. Jotting in any self development questions to the community and getting lifted up from their answers. To unwinding to their nighttime meditation. I’m obsessed with this app and it is worth every penny!

This App is everything you need and want for self development. So many beautiful plans and content still to come and it’s already the best thing I’ve found. If you love your meditation apps this one takes it a step further by allowing you to actually connect to yourself and work on your self development at the same time. So much reflecting, learning and growing in a timely and accessible way. I love this for when I’m out or at work and need a moment to myself. So much love for this space!! xx

This is the app I never knew I needed. It’s like having a best friend with me all the time ready to give me pep talks or to meditate with. So many aspects that I use everyday that I couldn’t imagine going without it.

This app is amazing! It literally has everything you need (masterclasses, pep talks, meditations, workbooks, support) in ONE place. I love plugging in each day and feeling so calm and grounded but also learning new expansive things for my mind. 100% recommend!!
