Graphics and pictures are fine but the app needs to lead you to the items that you are interested and bidding on not make you have to view the whole auction

You’re app used to be very easy to use and I used it a lot more. Now it is really hard to see what is actually selling in each individual auction. I use the app a lot less now and have avoided several auctions because of it

Would be nice to have a live feature and also a way to delete items that you were watching after bidding ended. Searching different locations also a pain.

Before app updated, you could use the last 4 digits of a serial number and search for a item. This is no longer available. Could that be reinstated ? Very handy feature when you are trying to track down items.

Since the last update , it will not let me login

Even though I deleted all items in my watch list listed on my Ritchie Brothers web portal account, the items remained on my app watch list. This created a problem when trying to add items to my watch list so I could bid in them at the time of an upcoming auction since there is a limit in the number of items you can have in your watch list. I spoke to support twice and they are not able to resolve the problem, even by deleting and reinstalling the app. Support has no clue how to resolve the issue. I can no longer bid for items using the app, making it useless.

I have several items I’m bidding on and can’t see a list of items I’m bidding on. There is a list of items I’m watching. Please add a list of items that are currently being bid on.

Your website is difficult to navigate it could be more user-friendly. It also crashes during auctions. I’m sure due to the extensive amount of users during that time.
