Bonjour comment avoir une liste de choix des connexions apex / BULENOX / Leeloo etc… pour ouvrir l’application sur iPhone . Il me demande á chaque fois de récupérer les données dans le trousseau iCloud ou Google

I entered into a trade this morning and was immediately logged out, unable to sign back in. I called “customer support” number online, SEVEN times. Each time, the person said we are the receptionist desk and unable to help you. They said they couldn’t transfer me and no one in support was available but I would get a call back. Watched price drop an entire trading session, down thousands of dollars, and the number didn’t call back. Just took my name and number and said someone would contact me 7 times. Account was liquidated at market close. Two different customer support reps hung up in my face. Emailed 10 times, no response. Still unable to sign in, and there is no way to reach anyone for customer support. This has been a very terrible and heartbreaking experience

Good advice and but needs improvement. It would be nice to see the full chart like NinjaTrader.

App keeps crashing. Logs me out. i’ll log in for a few seconds and then brings me back to the sign in page. Used to work. Very Buggy

Devs/company should be ashamed of themselves. Somewhat feasible if you need to close a trade in an emergency, otherwise downright awful to use. Even the logon is horrible…is your username or password incorrect? Service unavailable or other option wrong? Who knows, it just doesn’t proceed past the first page, no error msg or anything. Did middle school students create this?!

Pros: At least I can close a trade here if my desktop crashes and I didn’t set a stop, which is almost never and absolutely never… Cons: Pretty much unusable. Certainly never going to place a trade from here unless the world is falling apart and I’m in the middle of Africa! I go online to look for a tutorial as none of the stuff is labeled in the app. Not even the website is formatted for mobile devices…which shouldn’t surprised you after looking at there app. Great charting by the way, might as well just have an option to turn those off as they’re completely worthless and you really could use the real estate when placing trades for real money. I don’t need to be hitting these tiny buttons when buying or selling and I certainly don’t need to go to a shopping cart to check out my contracts. I guess this is what we get when you higher someone who has never traded to design your UI.

App constantly drops connection! Unable to open screen up! Navigation a bit tricky due to small window. Probably won’t use app unless upgrades are made.

Makes trading simple.
