I have made an online refund since may 11 and until this very second I was not refunded. Let alone the fact that i have contacted them so many times and no one is responding to me. This is a very bad experience but i will post it everywhere on social media!

Very poor customer service, they sell items that they don’t even have in their warehouse my order been on hold forever n haven’t shipped until now cuz of missing item that was available on their website, emailed them many times n no one ever got back to me or even returned my money
Ordered a product, never received it. It’s been months. Reached out to them and no one bothered to get back to me. Don’t waste your time or money .
I made 2 order to Abu Dubai; first thing they stayed for 10 days at Fedex because the customer service of RIVA didn’t update the address with them. I had to contact Fedex and arrange for delivery, after I got my Shipment I was surprised that I was charged again for VAT though I already paid vat on my initial order and I assumed that was the uae vat, when I contacted them they had no clue and their answer was that this is Fedex charges so I showed Fedex receipt that says that no VAT on Fedex services so they said again it is duties I said no duties on less that 1000 dhs, he finally said it is Kuwait VAT so why do we pay Vat 2 times for 2 different countries and we are not resident of that country, I say they have no clue what is VAT and how it is different from duties and customs, very bad experience that I’m deleting this app

كذابين عندي قطعه طلبت استرجاع ورفضوا الاسترجاع وحطوها لي بالفرع عشان استلمها ويوم رحت استلم الفرع مسكر ولي شهرين اتواصل معاهم عشان يحلون المشكله ويماطلون
