Rivermark Mobile

App mostly works great. Upon log in on my up to date iOS device - account details churn and fail to load. you need to nav to another screen like transfers and return to accounts for this to appear.

This would be a good app if it had a spot to respond with the code for two factor authentication. I get the code, but then there's no input available to put the code in the app.

This has always been a solid app, but since the iOS 18 update the quick balance widget has disappeared and I really enjoyed it and used it daily, now I’m sad without it.

I’ve been a Rivermark member for a few years now, since about 2016 or so. In that time I’ve never had an issue with the mobile app. In fact, I’d say it’s one of my preferred mobile banking apps, of all the institutions I’ve used so far. The app has remained simple over the years, not becoming bloated, which I very much appreciate. It doesn’t get in your way, and lets you do everything you’d want to on mobile. The most recent change however, decreased the visual clarity between different accounts on the main screen. There needs to be another background color or something so that it is easier to see which numbers correspond to which account.

Please update the app so we can have the widget that lets you see your balance in today view

I can have every transaction pop up on my phone. Fraud charges I can see right away and everything is right here. Deposits, transfers, balances and everything. I love Rivermark. Best Credit Union out there. Love the app and the people. First class. Thank you Rivermark.

I hope they plan on making a new widget. The current one is not supported on iOS 18. From what I understand they have know about the problem since iOS 14.

Love this bank. They are so friendly when you go in. I’ve had to get 3 new bank cards due to some hacking/fraud. But they worked it out and gave me what they took. Enjoy the Kiosk’s so much. I feel Safe and THIS is my forever Bank. Thank you for taking a chance with me!! Maria Martinez

I absolutely love Rivermark. I’ve had my account there for a very long time. You’ve always been there for me believed in me and I will never go with another credit union thank you thank you thank you.

I been using this bank for a few years now. But this is not my principal account or my business account the bank has a lot of potential but the customer service/tellers and some of the people working there need a lot more experience. This is one of the reasons why I don’t take any accounts or financial business for this bank I had finance a couple of vehicles with river mark I never get the titles for them ever when I asked to the customer service for the vehicle’s titles the customer service said that I would get a lean release to go to DMV to request a title and also they won’t reinvest the fee for the titles “ that I had paid out front already at this financial institution. But the system and online banking is great!
