The cleaner never showed up. Contacted support 4 times the only thing they were telling me that they will call me back which they never did. Was waiting for the cleaner 2 hours and had to reschedule. Never using this service again. Very disappointed 👎🏻

Bad service the maid broke my mirror expensive table and they didn’t give me any money for that
I wont even mention the customer service due to the nonexistent of it and actually the non existent service in which ull pay and for hours no one shows up while you try calling them but talking to a wall has better response and just when ur about to report the police they call to tell you postpone your order or cancel which will take more days to refund.
Charged me for multiple bookings that no showed and cancelled. Refused refunds. Straight up kept my money and service that never happened twice.

Stop using this application. apple.com Should remove this application to their app store.
Sad that I can’t put zero
One of the worst cleaning services in Dubai. The cleaners are lazy and not professional at alllll. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
This app has the worst and most unreliable suppliers i’ve dealt with. You cant even contact rizek to submit a complain. Im not sure how this app is still running
