Very easy to set up

This used to work fine, but now constantly logs out of Alexa and disconnects from the Bluetooth unit. This means that you get into the car and request something on Alexa and get “Amazon account unlinked” most of the time, rendering it useless. Even once you have manually loaded the app and logged in, it then usually has another error message (eg alexa service unavailable). I’ve not been able to use it at all for several days now. I will await the next update to fix it, otherwise it’s going back to Amazon.

It used to work seamlessly and without effort. Now every time I get into the car it tells me "amazon account unlinked currently". I need to pull over and log into Amazon. Happens every time without fail now. So annoying.

This has always been slightly problematic even though it can connect to my car. But, ever since the latest IOS update, it fails to automatically connect and now will only connect manually, every time I get into the car. Very laborious.

Latest version dims brightness when opening!

It’s pretty great works well. The mic seems excellent on it, picks up voice when music playing. Maybe better than Echo. App seems to work well. Annoyingly sometimes it gets confused and plays music when you are talking and then stops when you are not. Also why no Apple Music support? Alexa supports this now and also I’m sure you could just integrate with phone library anyway.

Will there be any new updates for this app ? I occasionally use the ROAV VIVA Charger in my car. Is there newer hardware & software ?

The app needs an update. Crashes as soon as it connects. It’s unusable until an app update. Please update this app
