Robin Hood Ticketing

This app works - at least - and I am able to put money on my daughter’s travel card. However, the whole method is entirely unsatisfactory. You cannot top up the amount remotely (like you could with the Mango card) and ‘collecting’ the amount I’ve added to my daughter’s card (by tapping her card on my phone) is often a bit hit and miss. Somebody made the design decision that users had to add balances directly onto the card, rather than into an account that can be checked at ‘tap on’ time. Poor choice.

Once I figured out how to collect the card details it works fine took me a few attempts to work it out but I’m sorted now

It doesn’t let you register a card… keeps saying my email address is already in use. Yes I know it is I want to register the card!! Rubbish app

I can see my balance but it says there are no top-ups available. I have an Iphone. Useless app :/

No longer allows me to purchase products

This app is absolutely useless, nothing ever works!

Can’t update my card as every time I press to pay, the app says the payment has failed. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app and doesn’t change anything. I don’t have time to go into the travel centre to update my card as the opening hours are while I am working.

Downloaded the app but can’t get past the accept t&c screen as no option to press accept. Looks like it is right at the bottom of the page but it won’t let me scroll down or change screen size etc.

The COLLECT function doesn’t work. Also, the app shows in my App Library, but is nowhere to be found on my Home Screen. It’s not showing in the Settings menu either, which means I can’t even check to see if there’s a function that needs enabling. I thought I would be saving myself a bit of time this morning, but clearly not. Not impressed with this app so far 🫤.

Worked when initially downloaded but since update will not work with balance recognises card displays number ok please reset
