Poor UX, slow
There are many bugs and UX issues. It doesn’t feel the team cares much about its users. Some examples: Do you need to look for a seat on a different floor in your building? You will need to scroll through all company locations around the world, possibly dozens, before finding yours. Do you want to make a reservation? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and if you’re in bad luck, don’t hope to have a clear error message, you’ll be left to guess what could possibly have been wrong (maybe you already had another reservation for the day, but the app doesn’t care to let you know). Are you about to enter your building, and you’d like to quickly verify what seat you have booked? Well you can, but be ready to be patient. Outside of the US, the app is so slow that a simple check will require you to make a pause. Someone would expect that in 2024, an app like this would leverage iOS features like live activities on the Lock Screen. Don’t count on it, Robin isn’t doing it.
