Robinhood Wallet

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I lost $240k worth of crypto and they were able to help me revovery it within 24hours. I had a question about their service, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with (Reliancenerd) was outstanding.

Robin Hood the company is absolute scum but their attempt at this app was downright horrendous.

How does this overt strategy to omit Bitcoin make any sense?

I wanted to try buying a crypto presale which required me to have a wallet. Since I use the Robinhood app I figured I’d try the wallet. It made me buy crypto through Robinhood app to send to the wallet, but doesn’t allow you to transfer back. I have tried for hours to send the money back to Robinhood in any form, to no avail. I’m about to cancel all of my family’s account with Robinhood over this. It’s pissing me the F off.

This App is smooth and works great but my only issue is that you CANT SEND NFTS‼️ this is a MASSIVE ISSUE because I was staking ETH off LIDO using this Wallet and when I requested to withdraw my staked funds into regular ETH (keep in mind I have 25 stETH) I have then received a Withdrawal NFT from Lido and is currently in my Robinhood wallet but when I try to claim my 25 ETH rewards from LIDO I receive an error code‼️ the reason I have this error code is because Robinhood wallet doesn’t support “SENDING NFT” so when in order for me to claim my 25 ETH I need this wallet app to be able to send the NFT to LIDO through contracts so the Withdrawal NFT LIDO thing can get burned and I then will receive the 25 ETH reward's… but as of right now I am just stuck with a NFT on Robinhood wallet worth $80,000 and I can’t do anything I can’t even send it to another wallet or cash out to receive me money and this is so frustrating because this can take months or years for Robinhood to add the “send NFT” feature on this application… I can only imagine how many people don’t even know this or have this experience as I am. -TIME OF WRITING MAY 3rd- This is an update of how my experience went currently. I just learned more about “Decentralized” and how amazing it is actually because that’s how I basically got my money out of the NFT and was able to redeem my 25 ETH. So I created a MetaMask wallet that’s where I ended cashing out my 25 ETH from the NFT. “Opensea” I went on there and pull up NFT. It had an option to send on Opensea and I tapped on that and I basically signed a transaction contract to configure something not sure but basically I tapped the send from Opensea and connected my Robinhood wallet web3 and sent the NFT to the MetaMask wallet and got it there then I cashed out and burned the NFT, converted it back to 25 ETH and then sent that 25 ETH back into my Robinhood wallet. Even though Robinhood wallet itself doesn’t support sending NFT, you can just simply connect your wallet on Opensea and use Opensea to send it for you. Simple

Gas fee was high and the transaction failed may take some time to get use to not like regular Robinhood
