Great app to use to be able to move crypto money around

I had a crypto transfer into my wallet, and RobinHood didn’t receive it and they tried to help via email but they took five weeks to get back to me and didn’t help at all! Shameful

Pretty much disappointed in this wallet. First of all there’s no XRP, DigiByte available or any other PoW coins. This wallet is useless!

Their only method for customer support is via email which they DO NOT respond to. They’re named after someone who stole from the rich and gave to the poor for a reason except they steal from everyone.

Robinhood is the BEST. It’s gives u a debit card it has a ROTH IRA give u more percentage (4 percent for me) on ur returns on ur non investing money super secure. Love u robinhood keep doin what u doin.

I thought Robinhood would be the only wallet I use - I used to love it. However now I won’t recommend it. My phone would always be logged in to my wallet, or I was able to use username/password or face recognition. Once I changed my phone, wallet is the only app that has completely locked me out and didn’t sync with iCloud as it’s supposed too. I’m unable to use username/password or face recognition. Their customer service is pretty much non existent - I’ve waited a couple weeks to get answers from Robinhood. If Robinhood can help me, I’ll retract what I’m saying. If not, I don’t give any vote to Robinhood. I’ll switch to a new wallet. I hope they can hear me and assist.

I got this app because I love my original Robinhood app and I don’t think that there are any issues with it. However, this app will not let me send money out of the wallet. I have tried to contact support and a week later I still have yet to here a reply. I think it is because they know what they are doing. I have sent over $150 as a test to see what I could do with it. Now I can’t send it anywhere or even put it back in my own bank account. It seemlessly takes money from your robinhood account, but can’t return it. That just seems like a major red flag for me. I guess I’m lucky I’ve only lost $150 unlike another review I seen that the guy said his $3175 was pulled out of his account without his knowledge.

Cannot send, cannot receive, cannot do anything. This app is complete trash and so is their customer service. I’ve been waiting to connect to a representative for over an hour.

It’s supper easy to use

Typical Robinhood. Don’t expect to be able to get your money after deposit. Deceptive design at the core with the goal of getting you to deposit money using Robinhood brokerage but not being able to withdrawal. No I mean it, it’s literally impossible to withdrawal your money if you chose the wrong network. I keep trying to give them second chances, but they keep proving to be the same company.
