I love to support black businesses and most do a tremendous job but this has not been my experience with ROCKDEEP. My first order was quick delivery and great quality. My second order consisted of two pair of shoes and a clothing item. I received the shoes within two weeks. Til this day no clothing item since April 5th 2022. My cart still says order is being prepared for shipping. And no less than 8 emails and 5 months later with customer service, they agreed to refund my money back in September 2022. It is now February 2023 and I have received no refund or product. Better business bureau is my next move and I have ceased to recommend ROCKDEEP to friends. Do better please. You’re making us look bad.

The comfortability of the shoe is unbelievable! I never had stepped foot in a shoe, where the comfort straight up feels like your are walking on a cloud. I would highly recommend there shoes to everyone and especially older folks looking for comfort for long distance walking. 10/10👍🏽

The site is amazing and a pleasure to use. I love how easy it is to interact with everything. The products are by far some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. They are definitely head turners.

Best app everyone

Very comfortable on the feet 🦶🏼,I have already put some mileage on them and they feel great. The upper is amazingly stitched and the out sole is very strong and durable. The bottoms make you feel like you’re walking on pillows. All around,this is what a good quality should be made like. Well done.

I ordered 2 hoodies and was not disappointed when they arrived. The fabric is extra heavy weight and the attention to detail adds flair. Since my order was delayed a few days, they threw in a few complimentary masks with the RD logo!!
