Rogers Unison™ Softphone

This app freezes and crashes all the time. Can’t set a schedule to go on DND outside of work hours. So you have to turn it off manually and turn it back on in the morning if you remember. No indicator that you have a voice mail message. Since the new iPhone update two weeks ago it now freezes and crashes all. The. Time.

This is probably the worst app / service available for VoIP - you will miss so many calls from clients its not even funny, it will also disconnect calls from clients and tell them the number is not in service, making them think you went out of business. Rogers tech team is as useless as tits on a bull. Sound quality is another brutal quality, people wont be able to hear you, there is also a massive delay in when you accept calls and can speak and people will hang up. Oh yeah, the app will also randomly sign you out, leaving you with absolutely no idea that your missing calls, total garbage.

Gets laggy and doesn’t allow you to make calls. Also randomly logs you out. Horrible.

Had the app for a long time then it randomly logged me out and now I am not able to log back in and I just receive login error message even after trying to reset my password. I have no issues logging into my account on my computer.

Uninstalling the app stopped my iPhone from receiving calls

drops calls often, have had to delete and reload the app several times to get it to function properly after changing any settings such as call forwarding and do not disturb. Once you active the DND it’s on forever! So frustrating. This app definitely needs someone to work on it some more.

An absolutely abysmal experience start to finish. App freezes, calls dropped often, and Rogers never takes responsibility for it. They don’t tell you what equipment you need to prepare for the system, and they don’t provide it either. A joke.

Should have trusted the reviews that it’s terrible. Either you can’t login in or error messages well using the app/platform stating try again later. Support staff will just say it’s your computer or phone that is glitching not their platform.

I have struggled a little bit at first because I didn’t know that the password was sent to the email I registered to use the app. After the technician helped me out, I was able to log in. The app has been really great to use so far
