Rogervoice - Phone Subtitles

Our family has been looking for an app like this for the better part of the last decade. I was absolutely overwhelmed with emotion being able to speak to my mother in law on the phone for the first time! This is changing lives!!!!

Work very well. Great helper for the hearing impaired like me. One suggestion: can you add the ability to quickly switch languages? I speak English and Italian so the ability to quickly switch between the two before making a call is super helpful.

This app has changed the game for me when I need to make a phone call, but being unable to receive calls on my own phone number is problematic. Most deaf people rely solely on texting, and we have a phone number through a carrier for that purpose. We use that number for two-factor authentication with vendors or financial institutions. BUT… if those vendors or financial institutions need to get in touch with us via phone, they will not phone the Rogervoice phone number because it’s not registered to a carrier. I don’t need a phone to talk to the phone in my personal life; we’ve been communicating via text for years. The only reason I need to make calls is to contact my bank or the customer service department of whatever company I’m dealing with. I pay $80 a month for my phone plan, and to pay an extra $40 a month for a transcription service that is half as functional as I need it to be is a bit frustrating. I can’t pretend to understand the logistics involved in enabling users to receive calls on their own number, but it would certainly be helpful.

C est pas juste au téléphone le problème d élocution. C est pour se faire comprendre par le iPhone 7. (. C est pour un ami qui est aveugle. Et qui a un problème d élocution ). La vie est déjà assez compliquer. J aimerais tellement lui faciliter la tâche. Merci

This is a very nice app for my rare hearing loss but the cost of the plans are outrageous. I understand the need for money for development but 40 buck for unlimited calls is too much on top of my mobile plan, this is the reason for 3 stars. A 5 hour plan at 10 bucks I’d be all for.

J'aurais beaucoup aimé que cette application fonctionne car je m'intéresse à distance son développement depuis bientôt un an avec des crédits gratuits. Étant dans le domaine de la surdité et voyant son intérêt pour les personnes sourdes et malentendantes, j'attends qu'elle fonctionne minimalement avant d'en recommander l'usage à mes clients. Malheureusement, malgré quelques avancements, elle est encore beaucoup trop truffée de d'erreurs de programmation pour être fonctionnelle. Un seul exemple est l'obstination de l'application à me remettre en langue anglaise alors que moi et mon principal contact avons à de maintes reprises tenté de revenir en francais (France). Pas de francais Canada non plus dans la sélection des langues, ce qui est un peu honteux pour de développeurs Francais. Bref, désolé de dire que je ne peux donner plus d'une étoile dans l'état de développement actuel. Pas prêt pour l'instant pour une utilisation gratuite... encore moins payante!!! Francis

Bonjour, c’est un bon outil. Quand je souhaite de changer de page pour retrouver les informations pendant l’appel et je reviens sur Roger pour donner les informations je ne vois pas plus la transcription même si l’appel est cours. Du coup je suis obligée de refaire l’appel pour voir la transcription. Ce serait bien de corriger ce bug. Merci!

Tout est parfaitement organisé et de grande qualité. Les interprètes sont présents et toujours souriants. De plus, le service client est excellent.
